Phil and his wife Olivia live in Jessamine County. He studied Forestry at the University of Kentucky and went on to work for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Natural Resources Program as a nurseryman before coming to work with us as a Forestry Technician. Phil currently volunteers as a groundskeeper for a church camp and enjoys music, songwriting, art, and American literature.
