Blue Ridge residence hall houses approximately 51 upper division residents on three residential floors. Each floor has single occupancy rooms, access to a study space, and a shared restroom. The facility provides air-conditioning and internet services in each room. A full kitchen is located in the basement and laundry facilities can be found in the basement.

Blue Ridge residence hall has a game room and a central lounge located in the basement. On the second and third floors, there are open lounges available for residents. Outside of Blue Ridge there is a volleyball court, large front yard for games, student parking lot, and a covered bike rack and bike repair station. Each room is furnished with a mini fridge.

Blue Ridge residence hall was built in 1917 and has a classic charm. Blue Ridge residence hall has a large open yard and a sand volleyball court as well as a designated student parking lot. It is located right next to St. Joseph’s Hospital.

The hall currently has 24/7 visitation and is anticipated to house a predominantly female floor, predominantly male floor, and a gender inclusive floor community.
